*Each chapter is responsible to bring water bottles (100) to use
throughout the conference and for sport fellowship, fellowship/free
time and at the registration since there is long time until dinner.
The cost will be covered by each chapter.

*Parking Lots--- Lots A B or C can be used. We will get vouchers.
Ordered 38 lots.

*Registration desk will be set up at the security hallway.
The security hallway is adjacent to the gym and auditorium hallways,
across from where the security desk is.
It is in the Charis main lobby in Founders Hall. 

*Dining room-- buffet in the Executive Dining Hall, which is located beside
the main dining hall. We will have tent cards on the tables where you will be
seated, as we also have another group of 130. We ask that your group sit
where the tent cards labelled University Bible Fellowship will be located.
We are asking the other group to do the same in correspondence to
their church's name. They will have their buffet in the main dining Hall and
eat inside it with you.

You have a half hour between your start times and end times for meals, but
the food is kept separate strategically to minimize confusion.
We will also have signage for each group to lead them there.

 

*Construction-- It;s important to note that there is some construction taking
place on Garner Road, which may affect your travel to and from Redeemer.
For more detailed information on the road closures and suggested alternate
routes , please visit the link here. We encourage you to share this
information with your guests to help them plan their journeys accordingly.

*Check -in time is 12 pm(noon) and check-out time is 12 noon and before
the morning message, everyone has to empty the room and return key,
then come to Room 213

 

*Do not use cooking facilities.

 

a. Please note: No food or beverage may be brought into the
academic building. This includes beverages and snacks in the
classrooms. For health and safety reasons, no food or
beverage may be removed from the dining hall where food is
being served. All leftover food items are the property
of Redeemer University College Dining Services.

 

b. Redeemer is not a nut free facility and cannot guarantee that food
will not come in contact or cross contaminate with nut products in
the kitchen while the food is being prepared. It is the
responsibility of the organizer to inform their guests that we are
not a nut free facility and take precautionary measures to ensure
the safety of the person with allergies.

*Each lost key is charged for $25.
